I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right by everything I wanted to do in Gatlinburg. I could easily walk to all the shops in downtown Gatlinburg without worrying about parking. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, with a clear sight of the mountains and the sparkling lights of the city. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast had a good selection of food and there were plenty of tables to eat at. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, with just a few dirty spots here and there. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the two hot tubs that provided a relaxing experience.
Everything is what I needed and wanted.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I could easily walk to all the downtown attractions, shops, and restaurants. Additionally, it was within walking distance to both downtown Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg, making it convenient to explore the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was spectacular, being super close to all the attractions in downtown. We could easily walk to the main strip and explore all the amazing sites with our kids. The hotel facilities were great, especially the indoor and outdoor pool with a fun slide for the kids to enjoy. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impressive, with the hotel staff doing an excellent job of tidying up every day. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and taken care of during our stay.
Nothing not to like! The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but it was still decent.
